　　國際物流中的清關(guān)是指：進(jìn)出口貨物或者是轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)貨物進(jìn)出一國時(shí)，按照該國各項(xiàng)法律、法規(guī)辦理的通關(guān)手續(xù)。清關(guān)只有在履行各項(xiàng)義務(wù)，辦理海關(guān)申報(bào)、查驗(yàn)、征稅、放行等手續(xù)后，貨物才能放行，貨主或申報(bào)人才能提貨。
